Professional Experience
Pauline Vayrac joined the PKF hospitality group in 2019 and is based in Paris. In her current capacity as a Consultant, her activities include feasibility studies (e.g. resort, hotel and mixed-use projects) valuations and operator search assignments. Pauline’s main geographic focus is France, French-speaking territories in the Caribbean, Polynesia and North Africa as well as various European countries.
Prior to joining the PKF hospitality group, Pauline gained operational experience within various luxury hotels in Monaco, French Polynesia and the French Riviera. In addition to this, she has worked in the purchasing department for the hotel group Antonopoulos, based in Montreal.
Pauline completed her bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management at Vatel Paris and her master’s degree in Global Hospitality Business at École hôtelière de Lausanne.
